Owners Alan and Christie Sanborn began the business in 2002 after spending a year searching for the ‘ideal’ house. When they couldn’t find it they designed their own place and almost immediately thereafter started designing for others.
In 2005 we became an LLC, in 2006 we joined the National Association of Home Builders and in 2010 we were invited to join the BBB.
